Privacy notice
- What we collect
- Only what you type into the contact form (your name, email address, company and message), plus a technical record of the request: your browser type and a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, used to limit spam.
- Why
- To read and answer your message, as you asked us to. The anti-spam record serves our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.
- Who else handles it
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is used by a person, our email provider delivers our answer, and our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
- How long
- We keep contact messages for up to two years after our last exchange, then delete them.
- Your rights
- Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@cloud-stones.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
- Cookies
- This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice, and Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary cookies to fight abuse.
